1. Register

Register to the website, in your customer area you can:

• Order new packaging (Boxes)
• Request collection of full boxes
• Check the status of shipments
• Check payments and invoices
• Update your data
• Open assistance tickets

2. Ask us for the boxes

Estimate how many boxes you need, if you want some suggestions you can check here or call us at the free number 800.98.04.21 or at (+39) 0245077085 from abroad we will be happy to help you. You can also contact us via WhatsApp  HERE. From your customer area:

• Order your Boxes (from 1 to 100)
• Pay with the Credit Card or Paypal the first storage fee
• Tell us the delivery address for the packaging

As soon as BoxOK receives the order, it will proceed to:

• Prepare and label individual boxes for the return journey with your data
• Ship the packaging with GLS express courier within the next working day
• Send the tracking code (tracking) to check the status of the shipment
• Deliver, by GLS, your packaging in 24/48 hours from shipment

3. Prepare the Boxes

Follow our tips on how to best prepare your Boxes:

• Seal the bottom of the Boxes with our adhesive forming an H, closing all the open corners
• Fill the entire volume of the individual boxes well by alternating heavier objects (books / magazines) with less heavy objects / containers
• Check that the weight of the single box does not exceed 15Kg
• Make a shaking test, if moving the Box open feel rattled uses the newspaper balls to fill in the blanks
• Draw up a list of the contents and mark the Box_Id (identification code)
• Take a picture of the contents in which the Box_id is visible, you will need it when you want to ask for the return
• Seal the upper shelf well with the ribbon forming an H
• Affix the seals on the openings above and below

4. Ask a pick-up

From pickup to storage, the first Self Storage with a door to door service in Milan helps you:

• The GLS courier will collect the boxes at your home or office
• You will receive the tracking to check the journey of your boxes
